How can I check room availability ?
If you're on Hotel Du Parc reservation page, you can easily check the availability using the Hotel availability search engine (Availpro System) situated on the top part of the Hotel Du Parc reservation web page. Just follow instructions given to you by the booking engine.
Another solution consist in using the reservation form request( which also can be used to confirm a booking done by phone or email).In this case ,your request will be processed within 24h00 by our staff.
How can I make a reservation ?
There are 2 possibilities to make a booking :
1. You can send a booking request : by fax (33 1 42 79 82 62) 24h00 a day, or by phone(33 1 43 20 95 54) between 07h30 –19h30 seven days a week ,or filling a reservation request form available on our hotel web page.
By choosing one of these three options, we'll get back to you with the information regarding the availability, within 24 hours weekend included. Please note that no room will be blocked at this time. If, after receiving the availability confirmation you wish to block the space, you'll need to go ahead and confirm with your credit card details, as soon as possible, through our secure confirmation link (https://www….).
2. You can make an instant booking using the online booking system (SSL).
First, check the Hotel Du Parc availability . As soon as you get the message confirming you the availability, Click "Confirm you booking", enter your personal information (Name, Tel, email address, credit card number...) and submit .In return, a confirmation will appear on the screen and, at the same time, a confirmation message with your booking number will be transmitted to you through e-mail.
At this moment, you can be sure that your room is blocked.
When is my reservation completed ?
The only way to have an instant and guaranteed reservation is to make an online booking (through our secure server).
Right after checking Hotel Du Parc availability and clicking "Book Know" button, you will get a confirmation through e-mail after having processed your reservation as described:
“. _ To validate your guaranteed booking, please enter your bank card details (VISA, EUROCARD/MASTERCARD or AMEX) below then click on the "Confirm your booking" button.
_ Your bank card details will be encrypted through an up to 128 bit SSL protocol (Secured Socket Layer). Your bank card details can never be transmitted unencrypted on the world wide web.
_ Credit card is charged for the total cost listed below at the time of booking.
_ No prices or hotel availability are guaranteed until payment is confirmed.
_ Cancellation and changes: Cancellations can be made online. From the original website where you booked, click the "Retrieve or cancel your existing booking" link and follow the instructions.
_ In the case of multiple rooms booked together, eventual penalties apply to each room that is cancelled.”
At this moment, you can be sure that your room is blocked.
Another possibility is to confirm a booking request, as soon as possible, through the secure web page which we provide you with when confirming you the availability. So we can identify your booking request, you will have to transfer your family name and the dates of your reservations ,précising that it is a confirmation after request.
I have booked a room but I did not received confirmation by email. What do I have to do ?
If you do not receive an email after you have made a booking, it might be because your mailbox is full or because you did not spell your email address correctly in the reservation form? Sometimes our own Web provider can have also problems. When you make an online booking, please double check your email address. If you do not receive a booking confirmation by email after you have made a booking, please send an email to hdp007@wanadoo.fr.
Please note that no reservation will be taken without Credit Card informations !

I gave my CC details as required using the reservation form ,but I received an email telling me that Hotel Du Parc is fully booked!
