How can I cancel my reservation ?
If your booking was confimed through our online booking system :
To retrieve your booking, please enter your booking reference number and send (it was displayed on the screen and has been sent to your e-mail address at time of booking).
If you do not know your booking reference number, please enter and send your e-mail address. Your booking reference number will be e-mailed to you immediately.

Instantly, you will receive by email, a confirmation showing that your room is cancel. Please note that some cancellation fees can be taken in this case.

What is the cancellation policy ?
If you use the “online” system , cancellations are subject to terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as you will be asked to confirm that you agree with them, before securing your reservation.
Usually in case of cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival, Hotel Du Parc will charge your credit card for the amount of one night. Otherwise we do not take any cancellation fees if your decide to cancel your room more than 48h00 before arrival date.
What is the "No-Show" penalty ?
If you do not cancel your booking and fail to arrive at the hotel, Hotel Du Parc will charge one night.
